Shipping

Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has left our facility. Jahzara Olympia is not responsible for any delivery or carrier delays. We rely on the shipping carrier to deliver your items on time. Jahzara Olympia is not responsible for any loss or stolen package, once package is sent to post office it is out of our company hands. Please contact your local post office if you do not receive package and it says it has been delivered.  If you are concerned about your package being stolen please have it sent to an alternate location or purchase our "Signature Confirmation" option. JAHZARA OLYMPIA will only ship to address where the BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! 

Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or wrong. 

We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems)

Billing and shipping address must match or order will be refunded.

If you are to be refunded for any reason, please note that refunds take 5-10 business to return to your card.

Once refunded you’ll receive a Email confirmation, notifying you that you’ve received a refund.

If you don’t receive your email confirmation or refund contact us INFO@jahzaraolympia.com 

If we’ve refunded you and can’t assist you any further contact your back for additional information.

Cancel Order

JAHZARA OLYMPIA does not process cancellations after the order has been placed.
