What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! If your order arrives damaged please email us at  Jahzaraolympia@gmail.com and we will fix your order ASAP. We must be notified with 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing?loose gems).

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

Once an order is processed we cannot cancel or change it.
